I shouldn't be complaining about the weather while the Midwest is going through an ice storm that might have power shut down for 3-4 weeks. At least when the power goes off in FL there is not the possibility of freezing just sweating into dehydration.
Any way - I came across this cartoon this morning and starting thinking about being able to run in the cold weather - I actually enjoy it. I would take 40 degrees over the 80 degrees I ran in this weekend any day. However, like the cartoon states - I guess we have less laundry to do. This hot weather is why the Floridians still excelled at the Chicago Marathon (88 degrees in October) this year and Boston in 2005 (85 degrees at the start) and all those hot weather races during the summer.
