Beth and BFL

Beth just completed her 12 week Body For Life journey and has done wonderful and I am very proud of her - here are the final numbers:

18 lbs lost
4-5 inches off the waist reduced

That is a very safe weight loss of 1.5 lbs a week and a good bit of reduction off her waist. The thing that I like about BFL is that it is not targeted as a weight loss "diet" it is a body transformation plan that gets you in the gym working out, eating better and overall looking better.

I think she looks great as usual! This planned has certainly helped her get back into shape and has her ready to tackle her triathlon goals this year!
