Give the Kids the World (www.gktw.org) is hosting a 5k on March 16th - please put the word out to your family and friends. We are trying to get over 150 participants for this race and your help is needed. You can e-mail me or contact Give Kids the World directly for more info on the race.

Free to run - GKTW is asking that you make a donation if you want to and to stay around after the 5k to take a tour of the village and see all the great things they do here.
If you sign up now you will get a training calendar and will be able to come to free group training on Thursdays at GKTW
