Best breakfast ever - pre or post workout

As I start my work day in the office (already met with one training group today for 2 hours), listening to The Cherry Cokes and enjoying my post workout breakfast, I thought I would share my favorite breakfast - this can also be a pre or post workout meal.






I prefer the whole grain eggo, reduced fat peanut butter, honey from the jar shaped like a bear (what is the use of honey if it does not come from the bear jar?) and Kona blend coffee. I will note that I do not drink coffee before working out but I do have a caffeinated drink just to get the blood flowing.
