Winter Springs, FL - Ironmoms, Inc., founded by Debbie Sweezey and Whitney Roosa, is pleased to announce its
affiliation with Team Hendryx, a premier endurance athlete training and development company based in
Orlando,FL.

Team Hendryx offers complete athlete training programs from strength training to endurance training. All aspects
of the athlete are taken into consideration with the advent of the new Initial Health Fit evaluations. The athlete
training programs range in price from $75 per hour for individual strength training sessions to $175 per month for
the endurance training. Team Hendryx also customizes plans and prices for groups of all sizes.
