fun workout yesterday

I had a fun workout yesterday - it was awesome to get back on the track again

1 mile warm up

6 x 1/4 on the 1:20 with 1:20 recovery

1 mile off the track

2 x 1/2 on the 2:55 with 2:55 recovery

1 mile cool down

It was nice to get out there and stretch the legs out some - I am hoping to get some good speed work done and finish my next half marathon in about 1:18:00-1:20:00
