yea - I might have finally gotten back in to a good schedule for working out - here was my week
Monday - rest day
Tuesday - 6 miles (43 minutes)
Wednesday - 6 miles (46 minutes)
Thursday - rest day
Friday - 8 mile run in Wekiva
Saturday - 7 mile run (about 54 minutes)
Sunday - 12 mile run on the dirt road (1:29:30) and 20 mile spin
39 miles is probably the most I have put in during the last few weeks.
This week we start doubles (2 runs a day)to begin training for Ragnar - I usually do all my miles in singles and prefer singles but we need to get used to running then sitting for a while then running again - that will simulate the relay.
Maybe there is some consistency coming finally!
