my week consisted of 6 days of running and 9 runs - totaling about 7 hours of running - I did not get in the gym to lift but I did get in 3 days of core and stretching. I had some knee issues left over from the trampoline event a week ago but they seem to be ok now.
i mixed in a 5k to try and get a little speed in my legs and see what would happen - it was not bad - 18:20 overall and the first two miles were in 11:00 - I think the course was long but I might have just gotten super duper slow for the last mile? 2nd place overall is not bad for an old dude.
this week will be about 7.5 hours of training with a longer run of 1.5 hours on Sunday.
