the dynamic duo does it again - Whitney and Debbie (of Ironmom fame) raced in a 5k at Baldwin Park this past weekend - here is what they accomplished
Whitney - new PR by 27 seconds - about 8 seconds per mile
Debbie - new PR and 3rd place Woman Overall
Outstanding!
