We will be off to Miami tomorrow to prepare for and then race the Miamiman 1/2 Ironman. We have 20 athletes going to the race and most of them will be tackling their race distance for the first time. Most of our group is doing the 1/2 ironman but we have some that will be tackling their first Olympic Distance too.
The car is cleaned and all the supplies are set out in the living room - we just have to pack our stuff and we will be off. This weekend is a big one for Team Hendryx - we will be supporting our athletes while setting up our booth at the expo. We are hoping to return to Orlando with a fresh group of athletes that want to step up their game and be coached by Team Hendryx. Of course, we will be supporting our team throughout the weekend too - and by Sunday afternoon we hope to have many success stories to share.
This blog will be off line until Monday afternoon - we will post some of the prelim results then. Please think good thoughts for all of our athletes - they have worked hard, are ready to roll, and should all have great races!
