today was run number 2. I went out and ran 34 minutes (about 10% longer than Monday)and had no troubles or pain. My HR was a little higher today (ave 150) but my resting HR has been a little high. I think I have a little bug that is making my HR a little higher than normal.
My week basically looks like this -
Monday - run, ice, compression, stability work
Tuesday - lift, spin
Wednesday - run, ice, compression, stability work
Thursday - lift, spin
Friday - run, ice, compression, stability work (will try for 37-40 minutes on Friday)
Saturday - long bike, ice, compression
Sunday - run, lift, ice, compression (try for 45 minutes)
After this week is over we will evaluate my status and make a decision on Du Nationals and other events throughout the year.
