tomorrow is 15 weeks since my injury and 7 weeks of not running - but tomorrow I get to run. The good news is - I have had no pain on the bike and been getting stronger in the gym. After my run tomorrow and seeing how I feel on Tuesday I will make the decision on entering Du Nationals - if it all goes well I will have 8 weeks to build some speed and get my a$# in gear and be ready to roll into Richmond and be ready to race. if tomorrow is bad or Tuesday there is residual pain then Du Nationals will have to wait.
