wow wow wow - here is another result for the WP 10k this weekend -
Jenny W took 14 minutes off her best time - 2:15 off each mile - she ran 53:01 (8:31 pace)
Jenny has been training with Team Hendryx for the past several months and has been increasing her speed along the way. This result is awesome. Jenny has put in some hard work doing speed workouts and distance workouts in order to meet her goals.
