TNT Transition Training

The TNT and Team Hendryx Tri Teams tackled the open water swim training this weekend without any issues at all - the water at Lake Louisa was a little chilly (70 degrees) but everyone swam well and then went to the parking lot for transition practice. All team members did great with the bike, run, bike, run, bike, sprint workout - working on transitions and running off the bike.
