Keys Ultra Training Review

what a fun week of running - the weather was great and the miles rolled on by.

Total for this week - about 70 miles - total for the 7 day period of Sun 4/13-Sat 4/19 - about 95 miles (6 days of runing , all singles)

It was a great confidence booster getting in 30 miles (8:10 pace) on the dirt road and then backing it up with 11 the next morning. After a long day on my feet Saturday, Sunday was a well deserved rest day

4 weeks to the race and it is time to take the mileage down a little and pick up the speed a little - keep your fingers crossed.
