Steve R takes home the Masters Title today at the SMM 5k in Altamonte Springs. Steve ran a 19:35 5k on a hot humid day to be the first finisher over 40 and take home the prize. Steve entered the parking lot at the end of the race in a pack of 3 other runners but pulled away on the track to take the title.
Steve is being trained by Team Hendryx in the Fleet Feet "Need For Speed" training program - he has 4 more weeks of training and we look forward to him improving his time in the future.
