I had a chance to get up to Volusia County last night to meet with our Volusia run group and they are doing awesome. I had a chance to run some miles with the runners, walk some miles with the walkers and have some chats with the folks that had questions. It was a very good visit to the group. Next up we will be doing a Dynamic Flexibility clinic for them.
Cant wait to see them all (outfitted in their Team Hendryx gear) at the 5k this weekend!
