Good Luck to All

Team Hendryx is going too be all over the next couple of weeks - look out for us in your areas.

- As you know Beth and I will be in Key Largo tonight and the run from Marathon to Key West will begin tomorrow (check Beth's Blog for updates along the way - the link is to the right, Best Blog Ever)

- Mike Russo - athlete and No Boundaries coach will be on the crew in the Keys race and will be pacing me (if I am still running) the last 10 miles of the race

- Coaches Sean and Rene' - will be conducting training at Fleet Feet on Saturday and then heading to UCF for the Health and Fitness Expo

- Coach Steve - will be heading to NJ for his brother's wedding then running in one of the largest 5 milers in the country next weekend

- Kevin - a rapidly improving athlete will be taking on the 70.3 race at the House of the Mouse - good luck KJ

- Gary - another improving athlete will be taking on the same course - Gary works at The Mouse so he might have home field advantage- good luck GJ

If anyone is in town this weekend stop out at UCF at the Health and Fitness expo - should be a great show and make sure you stop by the Fleet Feet/Team Hendryx booth!
