My workout schedule is in

call me weird or call me a teachers pet (like Beth does) but I received my first 3 weeks of workouts and I am excited to get going. Beth says I am a teachers pet because it is like asking for more homework!

my structured training starts on Sunday with a 25 mile bike and 3 mile run - I will be doing a couple of bricks a week - some run/bike and some bike/run - and really just trying to get my base back to normal.

weekly mileage will be about 100 miles on the bike and 25-30 running, while mixing in some weight training, core work and some swims when i can.

looking forward to this new challenge - I have not done a duathlon in over 4-5 years and I am glad some of the race promoters offer the duathlon option at their races so I can get some training in.
