what is next?

it has been 3 weeks of rest, relaxation, and hydration and it is time (as my coach pointed out) for me to chose a new goal race and to start working again. he is absolutely right since we have out Miamiman, 5/10k, marathon and half marathon groups all up and running it is time that I can start to work out again (besides a 3 mile run here and there).

I have two races I am debating about





I really want to run the 40 mile trail race but that requires travel and I am not sure that is in the budget for this year - so I am going to focus my training on Powerman Florida while adding some more run mileage and see what happens.

The last race of the year that I would like to do is the Ragnar Relay - it is an across Florida Relay (191 miles) that is usually run by 12 people - I want to run it with 6 (32 miles a piece, but there will be more on that later - we still need to find a team of runners who can put in 32 miles each and are willing to spend 24 hours together.
