back at it

since my coach is working on my training plan for the next several months to get me ready for Powerman FL with an emphasis on running I figured I better start to get back at it before I get too lazy and it is too hard to get moving.

I went for a nice 4.5 mile run today - it is still kind of hot out there but nothing compared to the 50 miler so it was not too bad. I think I was some where around 34 minutes and it felt pretty easy and relaxed.

This afternoon I will get to my flexibility/strength workout with Steve then hit the track for the speed workout with our groups.

Hope I can walk tomorrow
