5 Miamiman athletes hopped in to the AFAC Tri this weekend as a tune up for their race in November and all posted good results.

Whitney - 3:03:57 - 19th ag
Sam - 3:14:00 - 2nd ag
Stephanie - 3:37:00 - 18th ag
Dawn - 4:05:10 - 22nd ag
this race served as a good tune up for the athletes on the quest for Miamiman. There was no taper or rest days for this rest - it was added to their schedule as another training day - many posted personal best times in either the swim, bike or run.
