my training week

well, I got 8 runs in this week - in 6 days of running - the doubles felt ok - the first one felt good the second took me a little while to get moving. all in all I got 7 hours of running in this week - with one rest day. 3 days of core and one day of lifting.

it was hard fitting it all in but I got it to work.

i am sure that this awesome weather assisted with the runs going well this week - week 1 down and only 7 weeks until we run across the state :-)

Happy Training - do not forget to eat and drink while training - even though it is getting cooler you need to stay hydrated.
