Training weekend

I am going to try and step it up a bit this weekend to see how my body and knee handles everything - here is the projected weekend

Friday - 40 minute run and 45 minute spin class
Saturday - 45 mile bike ride and weight session
Sunday - 30 mile hard bike followed by 2 mile run

it is not anywhere normal mileage for this time of year but will give the knee a good test and see how the lung respond to 3 days of of multiple sessions.
