training has been going very well - the knee has been responding ok and my capacity for running is improving every day.
Sean and I met this weekend and we are jumping right into Duathlon training - going to step it up and see how the next couple of weeks go. We will then decide on Du Nationals and other races.
Saturday was 40/2
Sunday easy 4
Monday - weights plus 5.5 plus 6 x100 strides
Tuesday - 25 miles
so far so good - the rest of this week and weekend will be a good test to see how everything holds up and how I am feeling after multiple workouts.
