Key West 50 miler is in 12 days and a wake up - should be fun this year. Beth will be leading out top notch crew and I will be trying to tackle the distance and the heat - stay tuned for updated info.

I need a shirt that says "top notch crew" on it. and a clipboard or whistle or something else official looking. You know how I roll.
Have fun on the 50-miler. Maybe you'll see "my" surf store along the way :-)
I love to run, but sometimes a hammock like that is so appealing!!!!
