sad or not sad... good news or bad news

next weekend is the Keys run - last year we had temps in the high 80s to low 90s with the heat index reaching 96+. this year it is shaping up to be much more mild, temps 83-85 with heat index reaching the high 80s.

I am not sure I want to cooler temps


I think I would rather have the hotter temps.


I know I can not run with some of the guys entered, they are just to fast and have had better training than me this year. However, if I can get them to wilt in the heat I might have a chance. Now the weather forecast says 83-85 degrees for the high. Come on man - let's have a challenge.

This years race should be a fast one.
