Track workout

yesterdays track workout was a little lighter than the past track workouts we have done since the race is now 1.5 weeks away.

2 mile warm up
6x1000 with 800 at race pace and 200 fast, 200 recovery
2 mile cool down

this went very well with the 800s right around 3:15 and the 200s at 38-39 seconds

8 mile trail run today
