Team Hendryx/Fleet Feet kicked off a new trianing group last night. We have started a 5/10k trainning group and the goals of this group are to get you through your first race or to imporve upon your 5/10k times. We have 10 people in the group that vary form walkers to cross country runners. We will meet 2 times a week and work on efficiency and endurance.
