I put the books up today - and decided to go for a run to try and help clear my mind and get my training back on schedule - I heading to one of my favorite places - Wekiva Springs State Park -
I was able to get a nice steady 8 mile trail run done in about 65 minutes or so - it felt great to just run and not worry about anything and not see any cars or other people - although I almost crashed in to a deer. I hope this run will jump start my training again!
