Team Hendryx started it's new training groups this week -
We have 40+ runners in the Lake Buena Vista area that meet on Tuesday night and every other Saturday
we have 20+ runners that meet in the Orlando area that meet Wednesday night and every other Saturday
we have 15 triathletes for TNT - I am only coaching the swim portion
we have 8 IM clients that have started or will be starting soon - training for IM FL, GFT, or B2B
Also, Middle School and High School track starts this week - I guess it is back to work time!
